Common Uses
Vitara-V is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. It helps to achieve and maintain an erection sufficient for sexual activity by increasing blood flow to the penis in response to sexual stimulation. Vitara-V active ingredient is Vardenafil (20 mg). It inhibits the enzyme PDE5 (phosphodiesterase type 5). By blocking this enzyme, the medication maintains higher levels of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), which relaxes smooth muscles and dilates blood vessels in the pelvic region.

HOW TO TAKE
To get the most out of the medication safely, take it at least 30 to 60 minutes before sexual activity. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. It can be taken with or without food. Do not take more than one dose in a 24-hour period. Avoid grapefruit juice, as it can increase the concentration of the drug in your system and lead to toxicity.

WARNING AND PRECAUTIONS
Never take Vitara-V if you are using nitrate drugs (like Nitroglycerin) for chest pain. This combination can cause a fatal drop in blood pressure. Consult your doctor if you have a history of heart disease, recent heart attack, or stroke. Use caution if you have very high or very low blood pressure. Limit alcohol consumption, as excessive drinking can increase the risk of dizziness and headaches.

IMPORTANT
Vitara-V is not for women. Its effects on female organism have not been studied. Do not take Vitara-V if you are pregnant or going to be.

STORAGE
Keep Vitara-V in its original packaging at room temperature (20°C to 25°C), away from moisture, heat, and direct sunlight. Keep it out of reach of children.

SIDE EFFECTS
While many men use Vitara-V without significant issues, some may experience side effects: Common: headache, flushing (redness/warmth in the face), nasal congestion, or dizziness. Rare: indigestion, changes in vision (such as a blue tint or light sensitivity), or back pain. Serious (seek immediate medical help): priapism (an erection lasting longer than 4 hours), sudden vision or hearing loss, chest pain or shortness of breath.
